Team Vizier
Expertise Network Vizier is an initiative of Centrum Ganspoel and Spermalie De Kade. Together, we are taking the first steps towards a connecting expertise network in which we sustainably secure, share and further develop our knowledge.
The coordination of Team Vizier is in the hands of Anneleen Meire and Indy Van der Poorten. They laid the foundations of the network, elaborated the mission and vision and are responsible for the day-to-day management and practical organisation.

I amspeech therapist by training and work withinBuBaO Spermalie - The Quay asexpertise coordinator andspeech therapist atpreschool and primary school children. In addition, I am active aspolicy officer withinprimary school and take a guiding role in theprofessional support for starting colleagues.
From my daily working with theseeducation and care target group grew a strong belief thatquality education and care depart fromshared expertise. This experience strengthened my motivation to engage inknowledge sharing andknowledge development, bothwithin organisations ascross-organisational. This shared vision is a strong driving force for me and makes me work withgreat enthusiasm and commitment with meVisor.
I am thereforeproud and grateful To one of theinitiating partners to be and to take on a role within this network as apulling coordinator. From this position, I actively contribute to thestrengthening of expertise, theconnecting professionals and thesustainable expansion of knowledge sharing.

I amoccupational therapist by training and work ashome supervisor at Centre Ganspoel, where Ichildren aged 6 and over and their families support in their journey with avisual impairment. From mybackground in Low Vision I have extensive experience guiding people with visual impairments. I am strongly fascinated by their lifestyles, with a particular interest intechnology,orientation andmobility.
Asinquisitive professional I strive to do my work as qualitatively as possible. Yet sometimes I experience that Ineed to reinvent hot water and thataccess to reliable knowledge is not always obvious. WhenVisor came my way, so I immediately felt drawn to it.
Building out aexpertise network lies outside my comfort zone, but that's precisely why Vizier opens up for me anew world in terms ofpolicy themes, innovation and networking. I enthusiastically look forward to this challenge and dream of astrong, connecting network in whichknowledge is shared, deepened and expanded.
